They were not communicative and would give vague answers when I asked for updates. They held my car for 3 weeks over a fog light and told ME to call Honda to get the part to arrive faster rather than doing it themselves. 0.5 Star : Customer Service Absolute terrible service. 5 Star : Returned Clean

But the approach to the client but Mike and Johnny make me feel I was being annoying by ask when was the car gonna be ready, I got stuck with a rental for a weekend when I think I didn’t have to. Picked up, was still making the noise. I had to pay 228 dollars at mechanic to get radiator fan plastic housing replaced. That should have been included with body damage. That’s why I pay insurance. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Customer service was great. Repairs not so much

After getting the delivery, complained about some noise and they suggested to take it to the dealer, such a bad experience never recommend to anyone. 1.5 Star : Customer Service
