Pleased with work on first one enough to bring second vehicle - without any hesitation. 50/50 in future based on communication and potential issue at end averted by MetLife. 5 Star : Repair Quality No issues with quality of the repair. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality No explatuons of repairs. No walk around. Picked up car cracked windshield. Had to keep it two days then return so they can fix the windshield that they cracked. They had my car for almost a month. Upon picking the car up for the second time again no walk around no explanation of new damages that were fixed.
