In a way they were creative by trying, but if I did not push they would have taken much more time than the 2,5 weeks it took now. Usually someone coming in for work is not there by choice so having a discussion that is abrupt is not welcome. I will say all other conversations with a technician were pleasant and I did not feel rushed.

They ordered some wrong parts or received wrong parts and instead of overnighting the correct part my vehicle sat for an additional week waiting for the part.
