5 Star : My Experience Please do not send customers e-mails under the body shop company. I thought my car would be ready a week ago and then I find out they never sent me e-mails, that they were being generated by the insurance company. It was very upsetting not to have the car ready when promised. 0 Star : My Experience Blower fan was disconnected during repair and left unconnected. As a result, car has no discernable AC, defrost, heat, or circulating air. Was advised to replace a fuse. I checked, it is not a bad fuse. Prob a ground wire left unattached. Please reattach. Thankyou.
