5 Star : My Experience Please do not send customers e-mails under the body shop company. I thought my car would be ready a week ago and then I find out they never sent me e-mails, that they were being generated by the insurance company. It was very upsetting not to have the car ready when promised. 0 Star : My Experience Blower fan was disconnected during repair and left unconnected. As a result, car has no discernable AC, defrost, heat, or circulating air. Was advised to replace a fuse. I checked, it is not a bad fuse. Prob a ground wire left unattached. Please reattach. Thankyou.

4 Star : Likely to Recommend only if they have a thick skin like I do to deal with the woman at the desk. 5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service The woman who is at the desk and answers the phone is nice sometimes and not nice other times. When I was making sure a sound my car was making was going to get fixed she stated, "The car wasn't hit very hard." Really? Was she in the car with me? Also a car doesn't even have to be hit to start making a rattling sound under the hood so how hard it was hit is irrelevant. ... read more
