They gave a reasonable rate. They came when they were supposed to and they left when they were supposed to. They were done in 8 hours with over 81 boxes. They moved us from New Jersey to New York.
When I complained, the management was rude and dismissive, saying I had taken too long to complain (even though I couldn't have had any idea what they did until there was a problem). They also said I couldn't prove it was their crew that caused the problem. Maybe I can't prove it, but that's not how you treat a customer. The move seemed fine, but the crew did not put the bed back properly. Out of 50 screws needed for the baseboards that support the mattress, they put back about 10.
