The absolute Worst when it came to client relations , after my initial contact with Mr. Moore he basically turned into a ghost. I placed multiple calls but he was always busy or unavailable. I ve taken my business elsewhere. Once thing I don't do is beg anyone to service me or my business. I wouldn't dare recommend this business to anyone at all.
Garden state public adjusters,inc leads by mr John Moore and his sun Mathew help me slot and they stand beside me in my case they do their best to get me what I deserve I hope any body go through ancident like me call them and they be there for him
Initially they were quick to respond. However, after it was discovered that a whole room and items were missing from our claim they became less and less responsive to my insurance company as well as me. This started in September and is still ongoing. I've left messages & emails once per week for over a month and no replies. Hopefully, they'll see this and get in touch with me to finish the job.
Wow. My experience with John Moore has been horrible. Signed a contract 3 weeks ago and then I called him about a question I had no answer. I texted him he said he was going to call me back and never did. I then tried calling him 4 times in a 2 week period not the decency to return 1 call. Never in my wildest dreams after reading the reviews did I think I was going to be treated this way. Based on my experience I will not recommend Garden State Adjusters to anyone. My review is not anonymous he is a scam artist and when he comes to you and your house is burning, check this rating and be careful. He does not answer calls and he hides, he is a no call no show for appointments and he does not communicate with the insurance company.
John Moore, has no integrity, he does not return calls, he was fired yesterday because he did not submit extension on temp housing, my sister christina home burned down and he did not do the job as a public adjuster all she wanted to do was fire him get the terminated contract and he refuses to meet her to do that.
