I've known John Moore Sr and John Moore Jr for over 30 years now where my first claim that they handled was a flooded finished basement. The Insurance company sent out an adjuster and he wasn't going to do even half of the things that John found wrong. John worked with the adjuster and got me everything I was entitled to.
