My bedroom Fujitsu ductless unit stopped working in January winter so I had no heatin my bedroom.. I called Olympia (Steven Nathanail) and he was able to come out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Superb communication and he even called me from his prior stop to let me know he was on his way. I am very happy with his service and can highly recommend them.
The service and overall experience with Olympia can not really be put into words. Our issue was regarding our boiler and heat in our home in the height of the winter was fixed right away. Costa was at our door within 15 minutes of calling. As homeowners we are very grateful for Costa and his help with fixing the issue in our home. Olympia expertly services my gas fired boilers. I had a major AC problem last week - suddenly no AC, 84 degrees in my home - and I did not know who to turn to as my previous AC guy moved from NYC/NYS. I called Olympia for a possible reference and they informed me they also do AC work. The problem was fixed and fixed quickly! I had no idea what the cost might be and it seemed high so what might be helpful is to set some kind of expectation before technician arrive. I was told there is a leak and then it will be very costly to fix the leak but it was costly just to get the unit going again Also my technician came from the far reaches of Brooklyn which I’m sure was irritating costly for him before he even started on the problem.
