I needed work on my ductless AC system. The work was excellent. Steven was handling the problem and he was extremely careful and thorough. He didn't rush and made sure he was 100% certain of the problem before fixing it.

Steven patiently walked me through (on the phone) all the steps needed to get our Fujitsu ductless a/c and heating unit working again. We had been advised by another HVAC company to replace our unit, which would have cost thousands. I truly appreciate his knowledge and technical expertise! I will be calling him with any future issues that arise.
