I honestly can’t say enough good things about Reliable Rooter. We have used them 4 times within the last 5 years, I want to say. The first two times had to deal with our pipe backing up and the second time the tech noticed an issue that was causing it to keep backing up. Fixed it and never had an issue again. We used them again when the handle in our bathtub broke and wouldn’t turn the water off. The tech came out and even showed me how to replace that part in the future if our other one broke if I was up for it. Our most re... read more

Reliable Rooter did a great job. We were prepared for a major repair taking several days, and thousands of dollars, and to have to wait for days to get someone out to fix it. Reliable Rooter made us aware because of the age and style of our home, that a major repair was likely. They came out the next day, fixed the problem in 20 minutes, and only charged a minimum service charge. Will definitely be hiring again.
