Our $741,000 home sale in Fanwood, NJ got delayed one Friday afternoon in June 2020 due to issues with a drain in the driveway. Advanced Plumbing sent Joe within an hour and resolved the issue. Joe called with an update. We engage Advanced Plumbing to resolve issues at many properties in our business. We have never been disappointed. Fanwood was personal. We closed the deal the following Monday.
