I scheduled a service with Advanced Plumbing over the phone Their staff are very professionals starting from Elisa the receptionist. Ray was amazing, very professional and a hard working young individual. He was very honest, and explained what caused the problem. He made sure everything was running smooth before he left my house. Called last minute as our shower drain was not properly draining for days. They came at the time they said they would which was nice. Joe pinpointed the problem and addressed it right away. He made sure everything was draining properly and even cleaned up the area once he was done. The pricing was reasonable and quick to response was incredible. Will definitely be using them again for our plumbing concerns! Thank you!
Steve & Mike showed up promptly & worked tirelessly to clear the clog/pipes in our upstairs bathroom. They toiled for about four hours & were very professional. The bathroom was spotless when they left as they did a terrific clean-up after the work was done. I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs & I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks for a job well done guys!!
