Very positive experience. The technician was very pleasant, cleared up the problem and gave us some idea as to what caused it. We appreciated that he came so quickly after we called. He e-mailed us a receipt shortly after he left.

Ray arrived within an hour of my initial call. He was courteous, knowledgeable & a hard-worker. From the roof, he snaked 1-75' drain & the sewer line. He solved our problem. During the past 5-years, Advanced has successfully serviced us 3-times. I'll certainly call them the next our drains are clogged!

This morning’s call to advise someone was being sent was prompt as promised. Ray was very polite, personable and knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations of what he was doing step by step. He worked in accordance with all social distancing and health safety codes. Upon completion of the job I felt more educated and had greater understanding of exactly what was causing the underlying issue with our pipes. Great job!

For weeks, we had been dealing with a plumbing issue that was not only affecting my sinks, but the toilet as well. =( Had 2 previous plumbers, from a different company, come to the house and they could not figure out the problem. Until Paul came to the rescue!! He was amazing, very professional, hard working and explained everything in great detail. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running properly and everything was clean before leaving my home. Thank you so much again Paul!!
