Called last minute as our shower drain was not properly draining for days. They came at the time they said they would which was nice. Joe pinpointed the problem and addressed it right away. He made sure everything was draining properly and even cleaned up the area once he was done. The pricing was reasonable and quick to response was incredible. Will definitely be using them again for our plumbing concerns! Thank you!

Steve & Mike showed up promptly & worked tirelessly to clear the clog/pipes in our upstairs bathroom. They toiled for about four hours & were very professional. The bathroom was spotless when they left as they did a terrific clean-up after the work was done. I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs & I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks for a job well done guys!!

Steve was extremely knowledgable, professional, and informative. He solved my drainage problem and reset the toilet perfectly. Even though other people in the house may have thought the price was a little high, I felt I really got bang for my buck with the services he provided. I didn't even bother to ask for senior or loyalty discounts. The service was thorough and I finally feel comfortable about using this toilet. Thanks, and you will be highly recommended. Ray, my service technician, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He arrived at the scheduled time, prepared to video inspect the main sewer line to assess its condition, as I requested, but was unable to do so, because the cleanout plug was frozen in place. He tried to remove it with all his strength but ultimately had to cut and chisel to remove it. He then videoed the sewer line and determined it was clogged with tree roots. I was in a fix with a stoppage last week and an old and dear friend, Wayne Van Vlaanderen of Van Plumbing, in a visit to my home didn't have the essential snakes to reach the problem. He highly recommended your company and in contacting you, your dispatcher sent a plumber to me within hours the same day. I was especially pleased with that fact and the service. This was my first experience with Advanced Plumbing and I was very impressed. Ray was wonderful - professional, polite, and friendly. He completed his work quickly and left my bathroom clean. He even put the rug back! I will definitely use them again.
