Met Jim in Union to resolve on going problem. Jim's expertise and knowledge is why landlord requested him. The one great thing about Jim is he always answers the phone! ...even on weekends!! I can't stress enough how important response and communication is.

Jim came out to clear out the drains that were causing many problems. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He made sure he checked out everything that could be causing the problem. Prices were very reasonable. I definitely will call this company again whenever I have a plumbing problem. Great job, Jim.
