I was in a fix with a stoppage last week and an old and dear friend, Wayne Van Vlaanderen of Van Plumbing, in a visit to my home didn't have the essential snakes to reach the problem. He highly recommended your company and in contacting you, your dispatcher sent a plumber to me within hours the same day. I was especially pleased with that fact and the service. This was my first experience with Advanced Plumbing and I was very impressed. Ray was wonderful - professional, polite, and friendly. He completed his work quickly and left my bathroom clean. He even put the rug back! I will definitely use them again.

Ray was here in under an hour, polite, got straight to work, in and out in less than an hour fixed 2 drains and repaired a bath tub stopper.... tested both drains, showed me what he did and how he did it. Very pleased. Reasonable rates too!
The service man was a gentleman, very cutious. He could have just left after he repaired the pipe but he checked to make sure the drain was clear. He felt that it was still clogged so he cleaned it again. He did a very thorough job.
They are very dependable and reliable. Very good service. We only use Advanced.
