I cannot thank this company enough for all of their help and advice. I contacted All AC & Heating on a weekend late afternoon after having tried to reach the original installer of our central HVAC without any luck (weekends aren't the best time for stuff to happen), and within 5 minutes Alex from All AC & Heating called and spent considerable time trying to pin down the odd problem I was having with a 5 year old HVAC - it seemed the blower fan in the air handler, located in the attic, would not shut off as usual after the ... read more

All AC & Heating technician Corey arrived at our rental property and worked with our tenants to quickly diagnose the problem. He recommended some short and long-term solutions and explained in detail the benefits to both. The most important part was he was straightforward and honest throughout our conversations. Weather starts heating up so figured I would turn on my air conditioning and of course it didn't work. I called ALL AC & HEAT. My call was answered promptly and I got a service appointment right away. My ac unit was 25 years old, unfortunately there was no help for it. Sal got me a new unit that I could afford. So so so thankful for Sal from All Ac AC Repair. During this heat wave, our AC unit gave out. The fan completely stopped working overnight. With two littles in the house, we reached out to several places that were recommended in a few online mom's groups. All Ac and Heating replaced our house furnace, coil, and air conditioner. They also added dual zone controls which we did not have before. Dzmitry and Jonathan were the technicians assigned to the job and they were both fantastic. The process from quote to final walkthrough was excellent (all of it done within 1 week). Sal was an amazing service engineer and very knowledgeable in his field. He was patient and informative when explaining what was wrong with our system. The education he provided was insightful and didn't make us feel like we were being ripped off. I called them to get a checkup on my HVAC system which was installed by previous owner in 2019. I called yesterday and was scheduled for a two hour window today. Sal was my technician and he was excellent! He communicated via text when he was 25 minutes out which I appreciate. He educated me on the way the unit worked, did a thorough checkup, and was very clear and honest. He was really nice to my cat too and careful not to let her out- he's just a great guy! Our furnace and ducts were very old, we decided it was time to replace our heater, we wanted something more efficient and decided to replace gas with gas. This company is so professional I don't even know where to start from the estimators to the installers Sal and Alberto we were extremely pleased. Very reliable and punctual. They did it all, obtained permits, made sure we were going to received rebates and kept us abreast of all appointments in advance. All Ac and Heating company, very professional, no complaints.
