The most honest company I've ever done business with! We have a sixteen year old unit and every year I'm resigned to the fact that it will need to be replaced. But they keep telling me it still has life and to wait another year! They've done a few minor repairs to keep it in service and that's all. I doubt there's a company in the SI area that can match their integrity. My technician this year was Derek Wagstaff. So professional and friendly too. Great job Derek and thanks for being honest with me. I'm a customer for life!
All AC & Heating Inc replaced our main HVAC unit. They have fair pricing and their team is very prompt and attentive. We had a small issue with the install that they quickly resolved. They have followed up with us several times throughout the past year with complimentary system check-ups. Also love their appointment communications.
Our service person was Sal. In a nutshell, he was excellent. Clean, courteous, helpful, informative, and taught me more about my system in 30 minutes then I ever knew. This guy is a keeper. If you don't keep him, I'll steal him. Just kidding, but he was great!!!!!

HVAC in my old factory Brooklyn apartment building is complicated! After multiple weeks of sinking money into secondhand AC's with BAD LUCK I decided to check in with All AC & Heating Inc. I got a quick, very friendly and free consultation for a split system. Unfortunately my building could not accommodate but Prime Air was easy to schedule with to install some (extremely complicated!) 15K BTU units in my apartment. My AC suddenly did not give heat. Nick arranged a quick service appointment. The technician Alex came on time and solved my AC heating issue quickly without charging extra money. Very efficient, polite, honest. I am very satisfied with their work today.
I tried to do a DIY fixing an issue I had with my Nest Thermostat. After I only made it worse, Jeff was able to come to my place, fix my mistakes and figure out the problem I was having. Very friendly and helped me get my place to actually blow cool air.

I cannot thank this company enough for all of their help and advice.
