HVAC in my old factory Brooklyn apartment building is complicated! After multiple weeks of sinking money into secondhand AC's with BAD LUCK I decided to check in with All AC & Heating Inc. I got a quick, very friendly and free consultation for a split system. My AC suddenly did not give heat. Nick arranged a quick service appointment. The technician Alex came on time and solved my AC heating issue quickly without charging extra money. Very efficient, polite, honest. I am very satisfied with their work today.

I tried to do a DIY fixing an issue I had with my Nest Thermostat. After I only made it worse, Jeff was able to come to my place, fix my mistakes and figure out the problem I was having. Very friendly and helped me get my place to actually blow cool air.

I cannot thank this company enough for all of their help and advice. I contacted All AC & Heating on a weekend late afternoon after having tried to reach the original installer of our central HVAC without any luck (weekends aren't the best time for stuff to happen), and within 5 minutes Alex from All AC & Heating called and spent considerable time trying to pin down the odd problem I was having with a 5 year old HVAC - it seemed the blower fan in the air handler, located in the attic, would not shut off as usual after the ... read more

He recommended some short and long-term solutions and explained in detail the benefits to both. The most important part was he was straightforward and honest throughout our conversations. Weather starts heating up so figured I would turn on my air conditioning and of course it didn't work. I called ALL AC & HEAT. My call was answered promptly and I got a service appointment right away. My ac unit was 25 years old, unfortunately there was no help for it. Sal got me a new unit that I could afford. So so so thankful for Sal from All Ac AC Repair. During this heat wave, our AC unit gave out. The fan completely stopped working overnight. With two littles in the house, we reached out to several places that were recommended in a few online mom's groups. All Ac and Heating replaced our house furnace, coil, and air conditioner. They also added dual zone controls which we did not have before. Dzmitry and Jonathan were the technicians assigned to the job and they were both fantastic. The process from quote to final walkthrough was excellent (all of it done within 1 week).
