All AC & Heating Inc helped us to replace our old furnace recently. Requested a quote on Monday, got a quote on Tuesday and get the new furnace running on Friday. We are very pleased with their service. Do ask for a few quotes. All AC & Heating Inc is not the lowest one but we ended up choosing them because we appreciate how they explained our questions. Our technician Alex really knows what he is doing. Arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. Excellent work!

After 3 months of being yanked along by my old vendor, and having one more vendor tell me to fix my roof combo unit, but never even bother to follow-up with a quote, I was disappointed. I called All Ac and Heating to fix our furnace because they are Carriers verified. Sal is very nice and professional, checked the system carefully, explained what happened and answered all of my questions. They even squeezed me in a next day service after the initial inspection, even though it's already late at night and they are all booked for next day. Really appreciate that! We had a wonderful experience with All Ac and Heating. Our job was a little larger than the average residential job: we had our two 5-ton furnaces replaced by two heat pumps, and had a third small ductless mini-split heat pump installed in a room that has always been a problem. We had wanted high efficiency units, but all of the good ones were back ordered by months. All Ac and Heating installed the HVAC system at our home and our experience was very smooth. The installation was done 3 years ago and we have had no issues since then. They took care of the inspection and made sure that the installation was done up to code. The entire job was very tidy. Had our furnace go out and couldn't even find people to come over to take a look at it for weeks as everyone was booked. Helen responded to my request within hours (even late at night) and was able to send Sal to replace our furnace within 2 days!!
