So so so thankful for Sal from All Ac AC Repair. During this heat wave, our AC unit gave out. The fan completely stopped working overnight. With two littles in the house, we reached out to several places that were recommended in a few online mom's groups. All Ac was the only to pick up the phone on a Sunday morning AND offer an opening the SAME day. Sal was kind to my littles, friendly, and honest. He got the AC unit fully repaired efficiently. All Ac and Heating replaced our house furnace, coil, and air conditioner. They also added dual zone controls which we did not have before. Dzmitry and Jonathan were the technicians assigned to the job and they were both fantastic. The process from quote to final walkthrough was excellent (all of it done within 1 week). Sal was an amazing service engineer and very knowledgeable in his field. He was patient and informative when explaining what was wrong with our system. I called them to get a checkup on my HVAC system which was installed by previous owner in 2019. I called yesterday and was scheduled for a two hour window today. Sal was my technician and he was excellent! He communicated via text when he was 25 minutes out which I appreciate. He educated me on the way the unit worked, did a thorough checkup, and was very clear and honest. He was really nice to my cat too and careful not to let her out- he's just a great guy! Our furnace and ducts were very old, we decided it was time to replace our heater, we wanted something more efficient and decided to replace gas with gas. This company is so professional I don't even know where to start from the estimators to the installers Sal and Alberto we were extremely pleased. Very reliable and punctual. They did it all, obtained permits, made sure we were going to received rebates and kept us abreast of all appointments in advance. All Ac and Heating company, very professional, no complaints.

All Ac installed central AC into our 100-year-old house last June. We got quotes from three different companies. Compared to the two large companies who sent salesmen, Sal, the owner, was more knowledable and direct. He took time to review the installation and explained the reasons for each step. I found All Ac Through google. What luck for me! It was really difficult to find a contractor with actual AC units during these days. Many other companies were not taking any new clients. Sal, the owner, was reasonable and fast with a quote. The techs were excellent on the the install and cleanup - one day. A problem with my 220v line was fixed by an electrician , the very next day, Sat. at 8 am. Two hours after, their tech came by, to check all the vent temperatures, 55 degrees.
