All AC & Heating Inc helped us to replace our old furnace recently. Requested a quote on Monday, got a quote on Tuesday and get the new furnace running on Friday. We are very pleased with their service. Do ask for a few quotes. All AC & Heating Inc is not the lowest one but we ended up choosing them because we appreciate how they explained our questions. Our technician Alex really knows what he is doing. Arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. Excellent work!

I normally do not write reviews. But for this company, I had to. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING! From beginning to end, the process with you guys was flawless and stress free! Alex-the salesman was knowledgeable, and didn't push for unnecessary items. He worked with me with the pricing. And the install was set within a week, no complaints! I have to tell you my husband was very impressed with the job your team did. He liked how clean everything was left. From the delivery of the unit, to the removal of the old one and even after install, everything was left clean. Your tech was very efficient and professional. He was kind enough to install and set up Google Nest thermostat and showed me how to use the basic features. You guys were great! I will definitely recommend you, hands down! I will reach out during the spring for the follow up with the AC condenser unit; hopefully it will work.

After 3 months of being yanked along by my old vendor, and having one more vendor tell me to fix my roof combo unit, but never even bother to follow-up with a quote, I was disappointed. I reached out to All Ac and Heating after a recommendation from a work colleague, and I'm really happy I did. Replacing an entire roof HVAC system is no small task or cost, but All Ac and Heating made the payment options easy, and installed the entire thing (including old unit removal, crane rental, and threw in a higher-tier ecobee smart thermostat than what was quoted) all within a day! I'm extremely satisfied with my new system. It runs quieter, the thermostat is already saving me energy costs with LDWAP, and having everything under warranty plus the courtesy maintenance visits you get for the first two years all make it really worth while. Thanks in particular to Sal (for coming in the rain!) and Helen for all their work that day

I called All Ac and Heating to fix our furnace because they are Carriers verified. Sal is very nice and professional, checked the system carefully, explained what happened and answered all of my questions. They even squeezed me in a next day service after the initial inspection, even though it's already late at night and they are all booked for next day. Really appreciate that! Another great thing is they will send you message on every steps of the process, and they have real time tracking that can see exactly when the technician will arrive, that's the best appointment system I've seen so far! We had a wonderful experience with All Ac and Heating. Our job was a little larger than the average residential job: we had our two 5-ton furnaces replaced by two heat pumps, and had a third small ductless mini-split heat pump installed in a room that has always been a problem. We had wanted high efficiency units, but all of the good ones were back ordered by months. All Ac and Heating suggested light industrial heat pumps that were more efficient, about the same price, and in stock -- that's what we went with. Besides being amazed at how awesome heat pumps are, the folks from All Ac and Heating were great to work with. Our job required a crew of about 10 people for two weeks, and every person we interacted with was competent and caring. The arranged the whole process from getting permits, doing the work to a high standard, getting the tests done, and running through the inspection. All seamless.

All Ac and Heating installed the HVAC system at our home and our experience was very smooth. The installation was done 3 years ago and we have had no issues since then. They took care of the inspection and made sure that the installation was done up to code. The entire job was very tidy. I called them for regular maintenance today and I was able to track the technician who was coming for the installation. Again very professional and knowledgeable. They cleared all the doubts that I had and had a close look at the HVAC system to make sure everything is working fine.

Had our furnace go out and couldn't even find people to come over to take a look at it for weeks as everyone was booked. Helen responded to my request within hours (even late at night) and was able to send Sal to replace our furnace within 2 days!! He provided me a very reasonable quote with very little data to go off of and the final price was EXACTLY the same. He was upfront and clear about what was in the quote and what might cost extra. Our tenants were very happy with All AC & Heating's quick and professional service. Highly recommend! Thanks again Helen, Sal and All AC!

Rudy came out to diagnose a problem with my furnace not firing properly. It was super easy to get an appointment and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His honesty of what is needed was very apparent and we had a good conversation on the work that had been done prior. I look forward to working with this family business for my heating and ac needs as they embody exactly what you would want in a competent business. It was refreshing to have a consultation with someone that genuinely cared about fixing the problem the right way and not someone trying to make some money from someone vulnerable that needs help. William came out and helped me with my 20 year old unit. Diagnosed as a failed compressor fan motor, he was able to get it running but had to customize the new part. Wouldn't hesitate to use All Ac and Heating again.
