All Platinum was the first business I contacted after doing some research and reading many positive reviews. The owner understood my concerns and immediately sent someone out, on a Sunday, to inspect the situation. They answered my questions, talked me off of the ledge (thank you) and addressed the issues immediately. They are extremely knowledgable, honest and understanding. I highly recommend this business. After the early winter flood, I suspect a rat had been trapped in the closet where the sewer trap is located. After a couple of months of a strange ungodly smell, I decided to call my landlord to check if there was a trapped or dead rodent in the closet. They sent a handyman over he did a quick check and determined that there was no problem and as a precaution, he would throw some rat poison in the closet. The handyman didn't smell anything. I had raccoons, someone recommended Rashad to me. He arrived with his ID and identified himself and asked if he can enter to see the job needed to be done He came on time He was very professional and thorough He was very efficient He was very knowledgeable and courteous He answered all my questions He made sure to explain what he was doing so that I was comfortable with the steps of the job I most definitely will recommend Rashad’s expertise to anyone looking for pest control

The other day I discovered insect bites on my ankles. I quickly called up an exterminator company. I spoke to a woman named Kathy and she immediately sent over A technician named Kevin to my house. When Kevin arrived he inspected my bedroom first then my entire house. To my amazement he found Fleas under the sheets of my bed And inside my dogs pen.
