Arrived as promised but told me estimator was inaccurate and additional service and fees would be needed. In the end, I think they were right but it was frustrating to have a last minute up charge upon arrival. To be fair, they gave me a break on those charges in light of the initial mis information provided. They moved in the time frame promised but most importantly in a very quality like professional way. Big John's is a first-rate moving company. They are friendly, professional, and have the facilities to make a long distance move worry-free. All furniture was wrapped carefully and delivered to our destination in perfect condition
They were very professional, helpful nice and everything positive. They were on time and it was a positive experience. I use Big Johns and they were ok.
Perfectly. The guys worked so hard and relentlessly, I was almost tempted to exhort them to slow down. But I restrained myself. As you see, this was a long time ago. I had vowed to express my enthusiasm for them in a public forum. I forgot. Let this testify to how satisfied my wife and I were with the service: from the courteous, efficient, and scrupulous office staff to the foreman and his workers. Couldn't be happier. Moved our apartment contents to a warehouse, store the stuff, and then delivered it.
Big John's moved two pianos and a bedroom set to two different locations. Though we were not moving much, none of it was easy. Big John's was helpful, experienced, and professional. When a bit of damage occurred to a bureau, they made sure we were satisfied before they left. If I have any moving to do in the future, I will use Big John's.
The move was excellent! I had a referral from a friend and I'm glad that I went with them because they did a great job. They packed, loaded, and then unloaded all of my belongings for a move.
In October, they moved us from Jersey to Connecticut. They just did the loading onto the truck and furniture wrapping.
They don'tdoa lot oflong hauls.They do a lot of moving to Florida and the Dallas area. They did me a huge favor by going to San Antonio. I had packed some of it up but they came and finished it.They were fabulous.It was a one bedroom apartment. I did this in November of 2013 and wasnot in a hurry for it so they stored it in a warehouse untilthey delivered itin March 2014. They move some stuff from Brooklyn to San Antonio for me.
It went excellently. I recommend them to everyone. They came to my home, packed everything up beautifully especially the fragile goods. They held the items for a week until I sold my old home and moved in to my new home. They moved everything without anything being damaged.
