The movers were very professional, friendly, efficient and treated our items carefully. The move took less time than they had estimated so they charged us accordingly, for which we were grateful. We are recommending them to friends and would definitely use them again. They moved us from our house on Staten Island to an apartment in the city.
The move went much more smoothly than I ever imagined it would. Their representative never missed a pre move appointment and always returned calls in a timely manner. The crew somehow managed to get everything packed and moved to it's destination in excellent condition. What looked like chaos to me was a breeze for them. Moved residence contents after packing them. A fairly complicated move involving four locations in New York City and Ft. Lauderdale FL.
They were very pleasant and very helpful. When I asked for something additional, they did it with no problems. They definitely put my mind at ease. The only thing left is to have my furniture delivered. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. They moved my furniture to my families house. The second move was from New York to Florida. They have kept me in the loop through the whole process.
They were adequate. They took a little longer than expected but they did warn us about that. They picked up the items and kept it for about a month and a half before delivering. They were waiting for another job in the same direction. They moved a sofa and table from New York to Washington.
They provided boxes and packing materials. Have used them for years -- price is right and best of all they deliver.
We were sent 3 guys, they were great! Worked tirelessly quickly packed up the apartment in DC then drove 30 mins to the storage unit and packed the contents of that unit. Unloaded the items into our home quickly and carefully. Professional and nice the entire time. Total move took them about 8 hours with transit time and set up of beds etc. Highly recommend them and would definitely use then again. Moved a 1 bedroom apt from DC and a storage unit with contents equivalent to a small 1 bedroom apt to a home in Arlington.
It went spectacularly! Paul and Alex showed up on time at mom's house in Miami, with a HUGE truck. Wrapped her items in blankets, taking very good care with antiques and treasured possessions. The upright piano was my big concern, but they handled it with ease. They picked everything up in Miami on Feb. 10th, (just prior to a blizzard in NYC), and took it back up north to put in storage for a month (FREE), while we continued breaking down the house in Miami to sell. Absolutely fabulous! Efficient, professional, and just a joy to watch the way they were navigating and moving my stuff. Moved me.
. Moved me out of my apartment, did packing of breakables, kept all in storage until I was able to get into new apartment...also in neighborhood.
