Cannot say enough about this company. The day hurricane Isaias hit, we lost power with most of our outlets. Kitchen was out, we had a lot of food packed away. Called DRP. Explained that while moving fridge, two of the prongs on the plug broke off. Don said he would see who he could get and call back. Less than 10 minutes later he called back and said he was on his way. His workers were on jobs, so he was coming himself. It was a pleasure working with Don and his staff. Fast responding, and solved my main issue immediately. Asked about additional work (2 hallway lights, 3 ceiling fans) and they were able to complete same day. Excellent service, very professional and explained everything. I am very pleased with whole process and work that was provided by Don Pagano and DRP Electric. Mr. Pagano showed me exactly what the work entailed and discussed exactly what needed to be done. His estimate included the least cost to the highest cost which was helpful from a financial point of view. In addition, he took care of obtaining all the permits and inspections.
