Made a call to you folks and it was easy peasy! Jimmy was great gave me clear instructions and a no nonsense offer for my vehicle. With the free towing you can't asked for anything more! I dealt with Connie and Jimmy in the vehicle pick up department in Medford, NY 631-500-5373 and I cannot overemphasize what a wonderful, professional, seamless experience we had with the pick up of a junk vehicle which was located in Queens, NYC. The tow truck driver John was also a very nice guy! These people renew your faith in mankind and I give thanks for them especially during this holiday season. What an absolute pleasure!
