Gershow's contacting me with info & scheduling for pick up was prompt, curtious & easy. Driver John (TLI towing) was prompt, friendly & professional.
All of your staff are very kind and courteous. My only gripe is the condition of the cement. It needs to be kept cleaner. In the past, I have had 5 flat tires after dropping off recyclables on Saturday morning. I now have a brand new vehicle with large very expensive tires, and I seriously thought about going to your competitor with my recyclables because their grounds are usually better kept.
