Your staff is wonderful, but you need to keep your parking lot cleaner. I frequently get flat tires when I recycle at Gersch.
The process was easy. I was able to get a quote by sending the VIN #. The documents were txted to Gershow and the towing service picked up the car.

Every person I spoke to from the first phone call to the tow truck driver were friendly and pleasant. Made the process very easy. Car was picked up quickly and I was given a fair price for my vehicle.
