Frankie is excellent at what he does which is advise customers, like my wife and I, on our tile purchase needs. He takes his time so you don’t feel rushed and Classic Tile has lots of variations of tiles to choose from all of which are really well displayed. We really appreciate Frankie and have visited the store a 3-4 times already and ordered a few deliveries/pickups of tile for the bathrooms in our apartment in midtown. I had the best expirence with Frankie. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have been to multiple tile stores and have always left stressed. Within minutes Frankie designed my whole house. I'm so happy!! I love everything Frankie showed me and everything is in stock! No waiting time! I will never shop anywhere else for tiles!
We were referred to this company by the contractor who was renovating our kitchen. We were impressed by the very large selection of all types of tile, and by the immediate availability. Even more impressive was the helpfulness of the staff. We worked with Joe on choosing a backsplash; he patiently took us through many dozens of choices and helped us select a tile that looks absolutely perfect in our kitchen. Exchanges and returns were easy to do. Overall, a very positive experience.
In my opinion, no one can beat Classic Tiles because they have the best tiles and everything else that other stores cannot match. My Wife and I have been customers of theirs for seventeen years.
