Very professional, friendly, efficient careful & quick!! Relocation move from apartment to house.
It was perfect! I shopped around on the "list" and their price was the best...there was always someone to answer the phone at the office, no voice mail, leave a message, etc. they co ordinated the move for me within the time frame i needed and the information i needed from where the furniture was coming from...the furniture was completely protected. the gentlemen were on time, polite, professional and totally efficient, the entire process from one home to the other took less than 1 hour... a week after the move they sent me ... read more
,they were careful ,very nice people. they took the time needed to place the furniture and boxs in the proper areas. i can't say enough about how good they were. moved my household to my new address. everything was wrapped in blankets,and moved with care.
Everything went well. The guys were prompt and they were courteous. They came in took a look and got right to work wrapping the dresser and preparing the futon. It took them about and hour to get everything in the truck. Which was great timing. I met them in Queens at my home. They unloaded the truck and had to disassemble the futon to get it down in the basement but did it without any problems. Ken came over in October of last year to give us an estimate for our move. He looked over everything and spent some time explaining what we should expect. Do to various delay with our closing we did not move until February 2013. Ken then came back and we closed the deal. Everything went better than we expected. The truck and men were on time and very professional. Once they arrived to our new location they unloaded the truck set everything up they way we wanted it and were on there way. We shopped around for our move from Queens NY to Eastern NJ for weeks. Ken's moving came in with the lowest estimate to move our 2 bedroom place across state liness so we took a chance. The owner himself came out to give us the estimate and was very nice, he quoted based on the inventory we were moving, the amount of time and men we would need to do the job timely. They were very reasonable. They were very punctual and showed up on time. They were very professional. Some things were very heavy, but they did not complain. They were very careful with the things.
