Arrived on time. Called to let us know they would be coming earlier. They were pleasant, efficient and never stopped working. Showed that they knew what they were doing. Took their time and care removing my furniture. Very pleasant experience overall. Remove furniture and move one full apartment.
Kens Moving and Storage helped us move from Astoria NY to Millington NJ. The move went extremely well and was completed within half a day. Other companies quoted me by the hour, whereas Ken gave me a flat fee. Heinz and Rick did a great job. I called for an estimate & Melissa (receptionist) was very nice. She called me back & quoted $320. All they asked is that I pay in cash & I did. I would definitely recommend him to others. They said they would come between 8:30 & 9:30 and they got there at 9 & were done by 9:15. No mess. They were very gentle & professional. They helped me move some belongings from the 3rd to 2nd floor.
Moving company moved furniture, took large pieces apart and assembled back. Very professional individuals. Everything went well and smoothly. Extremely pleased with the service. Moving furniture to my storage unit and new home.
the service was excellent. They gave me a flat rate. They even voluntarily lowered the rate when I told them I would have to take a taxi to meet them at the warehouse. The office staff was very professional. The flat rate was wonderful versus an estimate. The movers were outstanding. They were punctual and even gave me tips for moving in the future. They were very careful. I will never use any one to move me besides them. I will definitely use them in the future. They moved me.
