I contacted Ken's Moving, Packing and Storage and spoke with a very friendly and courteous woman about scheduling an appointment with Ken for an estimate. A few weeks prior to the move, Ken came to our apartment and viewed the contents of each room. He listed all the pieces of furniture that were to be moved, counted all the pre-packed boxes, and determined what items would have to be wrapped and cushioned prior to the move. The move went brilliantly. From the estimate, which did not change, to the completion of the move, the whole process was excellent. The move team was expert, professional and courteous. If all businesses were run like this, the world would be a better place. Starting with calling around for estimates, Ken was available before anyone else. He came and did the estimate personally on a Saturday morning. He was thoughtful and efficient, and hisestimate came in at $1,119, fully half what a few other places I talked to quoted. FROM THE START KEN AND MELISSA WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I CANNOT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR WHAT THEY DID, ESPECIALLY SINCE WE LIVE 2 STATES AWAY. THE COMPLETE CLEANOUT WENT VERY QUICKLY. KEN, MELISSA AND THE WORKERS WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I CAN ONLY SAY GREAT THINGS ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. THEY DID A TOTAL CLEAN-OUT OF POP'S APARTMENT AFTER HE PASSED AWAY. THERE WERE MANY HEAVY BAGS AND FURNITURE AND THEY CLEANED IT OUT VERY QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY.
