R&D were the third bid we had to connect our home to newly installed sewer line in our neighborhood. We were impressed with Robert's knowledge when he came to look over our project, and his bid was less than the other two. Communication during the permit process was primarily via email and timely. Robert and crew showed up as promised, were very polite and a joy to watch at work. We are very pleased with their work, and with the care they took to make the yard look good at the end. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about R&D. The whole crew was just amazing. Due to tree roots growing in our line - we were without sewer for longer than we would have liked and Robert squeezed us into his INCREDIBLY busy schedule to get it lined and back up and running. But due to some just CRAZY FLUKE issues - it ended up being a bigger job than expected - but Robert and his crew were there NONSTOP to fix it and not leave us hanging. R&D Construction was able to repair my mother's hard-to-access sewer-line that roots kept blocking, by using CIPP. This was at a substantially lower cost than a hand-dug replacement others in the past had told us would be needed for a permanent fix. The whole process went smoothly, from estimate to completion. And the people were all very pleasant. R&D Construction was even able to fit us in so as to have the repair done before our August guests arrived. Thank you!

Robert and his crew did a wonderful job fixing the broken sewer pipe at my front yard.  Timely and clear communication about the project and timeline. The crew was fully equipped and knew what they were doing. They finished the sizable work within four hours. Put the existing bush back and no harm was done.  They showed me the scope of the finished sewer line to prove the work. I didn’t compare bids from multiple contractors but I think the cost is very reasonable.

The R & D construction team led by Robert recently came to put in a sewer liner; I had an old, brittle cement sewer. I am very pleased with the service. Robert came out to do an inspection with a scope, gave an estimate ahead of time and clearly explained the process. The crew showed up on schedule, respected my property, and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done.
