Robert was so easy to work with in solving our sewer problems and showed great patience over several months while an agreement with the owners of the adjoining property was negotiated, as access to our worksite and for R&D Construction machinery was via their property. The work itself was completed in quick time and both ourselves and the neighbors were very pleased with the whole process. Robert was prompt from the first contact I made. He provided education when he came for the initial look and the eventual estimate was quite fair in comparison to many other places. He completed the job quickly and left the place much better than he found it. I was struck and amazed by his kindness and knowledge of his work. I would recommend R&D to anyone.

Robert and his crew completed the sewer line connection and Pump/grinder installation at my Mother's house. They were efficient and kept us informed regarding each stage of the job. I would recommend R & D Construction to anyone requiring Sewer line work; as was the case with my Mother's requirement to get connected to the City Sewer system. This was a big job and they handled it professionally.

Had a very good experience working with Robert. Responsive to initial inquiry, quick to come and provide an estimate, called and showed up when he said he would, and scheduled and completed the job in timely manner. Was recommended to me by my plumber and I would definitely recommend him to others.

I would like to say a big Thank You to Robert and his crew. To follow the Pierce County code I had to connect my property to the city sewer line and decommission the septic. R&D Construction provided a full range of work, involved all the necessary city departments, and completed the work in one day and at a reasonable cost. I will never hesitate to contact them for any issue and recommend 100%!

Robert & his crew are the best! Robert was very responsive & great at explaining what needed to be done to replace one broken water line and also to install another new water line. He & his crew are very knowledgeable, friendly, & professional. The cost of the project was very reasonable. We recommend them 100%. A 5 star company indeed!
