Rob did a great job of communicating with us. From start to finish he kept us informed. Most sewer jobs are an emergency and still Rob seems to be very good at juggling jobs to take care of every customer. Rob and his crew were professional throughout the process. We had an excellent experience with R&D, not only was Robert super knowledgeable and able to explain every step of the process, he was patient and very communicative about the steps on my job. We had to have our sewer line and water line replaced at the same time as both were giving us trouble, to be fair they are 56 years old. Galvanized line and orangeburg. They got them done well and made sure we have clean outs and water shut offs.

Speed, professionalism, quality, high tech tools and a job supremely well done. Robert nearly had our new sewer installed in a day plus until the last 2 feet of pipe on the city main got stuck. Instead of leaving us high and dry or blaming the city the whole team at R+D worked hard for an extra 3 days to get creative and got us through the issue. It was a challenging situation but I felt like we were on the same team the whole way though. Could not recommend Robert and his fantastic team any higher!

R&D were the third bid we had to connect our home to newly installed sewer line in our neighborhood. We were impressed with Robert's knowledge when he came to look over our project, and his bid was less than the other two. Communication during the permit process was primarily via email and timely. Robert and crew showed up as promised, were very polite and a joy to watch at work. We are very pleased with their work, and with the care they took to make the yard look good at the end. I cannot say enough great things about R&D. The whole crew was just amazing. Due to tree roots growing in our line - we were without sewer for longer than we would have liked and Robert squeezed us into his INCREDIBLY busy schedule to get it lined and back up and running. But due to some just CRAZY FLUKE issues - it ended up being a bigger job than expected - but Robert and his crew were there NONSTOP to fix it and not leave us hanging.
