I was needing to have my sewer line repair.  Robert was prompt in getting back to me. He showed me exactly what was going on and the best way to repair it. His bid was reasonable. Meanwhile I had two other company’s come and bid the job. One was 3 times what Robert bid, the other was 2 times higher.  Robert and his crew were here at  the appointment time, got right to work and were done before I was home from work. By Far the Most Honest Contractor I have Met!!! Not only does he care and his clients on a Human Level but he always treats people with the up most respect and DOES NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE OR OF THERE SITUATION!!!! Robert was so easy to work with in solving our sewer problems and showed great patience over several months while an agreement with the owners of the adjoining property was negotiated, as access to our worksite and for R&D Construction machinery was via their property. The work itself was completed in quick time and both ourselves and the neighbors were very pleased with the whole process. Robert was prompt from the first contact I made. He provided education when he came for the initial look and the eventual estimate was quite fair in comparison to many other places. He completed the job quickly and left the place much better than he found it. I was struck and amazed by his kindness and knowledge of his work. I would recommend R&D to anyone.

Robert and his crew completed the sewer line connection and Pump/grinder installation at my Mother's house. They were efficient and kept us informed regarding each stage of the job. I would recommend R & D Construction to anyone requiring Sewer line work; as was the case with my Mother's requirement to get connected to the City Sewer system. This was a big job and they handled it professionally.
