Robert and his crew did a wonderful job fixing the broken sewer pipe at my front yard.  Timely and clear communication about the project and timeline. The crew was fully equipped and knew what they were doing. They finished the sizable work within four hours. Put the existing bush back and no harm was done.  They showed me the scope of the finished sewer line to prove the work. I didn’t compare bids from multiple contractors but I think the cost is very reasonable.

The R & D construction team led by Robert recently came to put in a sewer liner; I had an old, brittle cement sewer. I am very pleased with the service. Robert came out to do an inspection with a scope, gave an estimate ahead of time and clearly explained the process. The crew showed up on schedule, respected my property, and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. R and D was a great company to use when we needed our sewer replaced in Olympia WA. Communication was great, the bid reasonable and the work was really good, completing everything in a day and leaving everything cleaned up. They took extra care not to disturb my neighbors garden.

Robert at R&D Construction was great to work with! He started by coming out to give me a second opinion on my sewer line replacement. He gave me an estimate that had best and worst case scenerio numbers so there would be no surprises once the project started. His estimate was thousands less than his competitors. He also helped me by informing about the financing through the Tacoma Sewer Conservation Loan. Randy and his workers were polite and informative about the process while they were on site. I’ve worked with Robert and his team multiple times, and I’ve always had a great experience. Robert, the owner, is incredibly prompt in responding and scheduling jobs. He’s also very informative and professional, making sure everything is explained clearly. I’ve used his company on several occasions and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!
