I was initially given a date and time I knew I was going to be home, no one called or showed up, I called 2 hours after scheduled time and they said that they didn’t put me down for that date and my actual date was for 2 days later. Then after hanging up I get a text message saying I’ve been “rescheduled”. Meaning my date was never incorrect in their system to begin with.
