I had reached out to Jerry at IALocksmith. He was very accessible and accepted photos of the existing doors on email -- I got very good advice on the types of locks and knobs to buy, so that I had all my equipment ordered with the right make/model/color way before they got here. We had to have our locks changed fairly quickly. My wife forgot her keys at a friends who sent it back to us via UPS. The package containing the keys "accidently" got opened at the UPS facility (the outer envelope plus an in inner padded envelope somehow were opened by some machine (their words) at their facility. It didn't take long to do and I was satisfied with the price. They said they would be here at a certain time and they were right on time. They came out, did it and that was it. Install A Lock installed a lock for me.

I called and left a message. He called me back the same day and set up an appointment. He arrived on time and had all of the equipment in his truck. He was able to intall a new lock that allowed me to use my old keys. He was friendly and professional. Accepted cash, credit or personal check. replaced deadbolt lock.

Arrived on time, changed the locks in a jiffy, made a 100+ old door look better and lock better. Changed a lock for the front door.

the price quoted was doubled the quotes i got i needed an interior lock rekeyed.

There are different types of quality locks you get what you pay for
He said it would be about $375. That price was too high for what he wanted to do. I explained my lock to them, and it just wasn't what I was looking for. I told the guy that I could change the entire door for $500. Why would I want to spend that kind of money on something that I could replace the entire door? Called for an estimate.
