They have never actually done service for me, however the gentleman that I spoke with was so helpful. He told me rather than coming out to the house and paying for the service call that I should first try the WD40 and if it didn’t help to give them a call back. I thought it was wonderful that they didn’t just go ahead and charge me the money for the service call. They were very fast and efficient with fair prices. The staff was friendly and I would definitely use them again. We had a commercial key we had to copy. I called a number of people and found they could not help. Install A Lock had the right key blank and were able to do the work.

Mike, the locksmith was exactly on time. He worked on thedoor to adjust its alignment as it was very old. He was pleasant and friendly to my husband and to me. Mike worked quickly, supplying the locks and installing them. The price was reasonable and Angie’s list coupon accepted. Lock supplied and installed on side entrance door.Interior lock replaced and duplicate keys made for entrance door.

Excellent. They came right on time and replaced the lock very quickly. He then checked to make sure everything worked properly and discovered there was a problem with the door because the frame had been bent. It took the extra time (going above and beyond what he needed to do) to fix the door to make she the door latched properly. He also tightened all the screws around my door to make sure it was secure. We had an exchange of emails on Sunday. He said I could send him photos of the locks I was looking to replace. He made a good suggestion about keys. Then I realized that the job would require more than I initially thought. Because the work is in a condo building I need further approval by the board before hiring anyone. Had an electronic lock that had fallen out of alignment and frequently not locking. Called Install A Lock. Jerry was able to come out within about 2 hours. Very friendly and professional. Worked very patiently for about 1 hour getting everything realigned, including readjusting the door hinges to correct alignment with door. Sometimes a small adjustment makes all the difference
We were locked out of our house on Easter Sunday and called Install A Lock at about 8:00 AM. Someonewas at our house by 9:15 to help us. We were told on the phone that the job usually costs less but because it was a holiday there was a price increase which is understandable. Overall it was a very good experience and we would use them again. We were locked out of our house on Easter Sunday and called Install A Lock. to let us in .

They answered the phone and gave me an appointment for the same day. The locksmith was professional and prompt - arrived exactly at the time he promised and fixed my problem. I had a lock handle fall off from the door and I could find a way to reattach it myself. So I called Install a Lock.
