He was great! I would recommend him to others.He was very efficient and nice. He put in locks on my front and back door.
He came back with the part and fixed the door handle. Repaired a broken door handle.
He was prompt, professional, polite and extremely helpful. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Rekeyed locks on my front door, also replaced a doorknob.

The lock in our back door jammed and the door could not be opened. We called "Install A Lock" to replace the 30yr+old lock. The repairman requested that we send a picture of the lock, so they would know what to expect when they came the next morning. He was responsive, lost no time is responding to my emergency call. Very professional, high degree of expertise, courteous and generally a pleasure. Truly cares about his customers. I will continue to employ his services whenever the need arises. It is hard to find a honest man.. Jerry came out this evening in response to my emergency lock out call. When he couldn't pick the lock, he installed a brand new one for same price, and as an aside he repaired a complex double sided lock for a minimal charge.
It went great. The technician came when scheduled, was responsive and courteous and did a great job. Before he left he even wanted to me try the locks myself to make sure they were all keyed correctly. Re-keyed 2 Schlage locks; a deadbolt and a storm door
Very well. Jerry was running late but contacted us at least two times letting us know when he would be coming. He inspected the locks on the door (there was a doorknob with lock that was in bad shape, as well as a deadlock). Jerry informed us that we only needed to replace the doorknob and recommended that the new lock be keyed to the second lock so that we only needed one key for both locks.
