I purchased a new home and anticipated putting in all new locks. After describing what was already there I was advised that they could provide new cylinders and that my locks were of high quality. Came on time, professional, fair price, would use them and recommend.

Changed our locks and later installed an alarm system.We thought the price was high for changing locks but reasonable for an alarm system.

Great! Gus was very professional. He replaced our deadbolt and fitted our old keys to the new lock. Gus arrived promptly and replaced our broken dead bolt.

Gus arrived promptly and proceeded to make repairs in a most competent, pleasant, and courteous manner. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of Gus' workmanship. Most definitely, we will call INSTALL A LOCK for all of our locksmithing needs in the future. General locksmith work.

Jerry arrived promptly and sized up the 3 problem locks immediately. One door is an Andersen sliding patio door and that lock needs to be ordered from Andersen. Jerry said he would be happy to order for me. A second lock has been stiff and the key gets stuck. Jerry showed me how the guts of the lock were an inferior product. He replaced it with a Schlage lock and it works perfectly now. A third basement door needed a lock with a handle so it could be used as an entrance/exit door. Two men (Jerry and Gus) came on time. They were very friendly and explained everything ,including the price, to my husband and I. They worked together very efficiently to removed my old broken front door knob and then installed a brand new one. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves. They did a fantastic job! and I would definitely use them again! They removed my broken front door knob.

Jerry listened to what problems wewere having with the locks and walked with me to inspect all the locks and doors. The keys were increasingly difficult to get to turn in the locks.. I was prepared to spend a lot on 12 new locksets and pay to have them installed and re-keyedbut Jerry pointed out that the existing locks were well madeand could be reconditioned without too much expense.
