Jerry was very professional over the phone and in person. We needed three locks rekeyed upon moving into a new house. He was knowledgeable and honest with me on what was necessary vs. what would just be a nice to have. He was on time and worked quickly. I would definitely use him again! Rekey locks in new home

If you ever need a good locksmith, call jerry, he is a hard working man, who loves his job, and his customers. I had locked myself out of my house, and lost my keys (go figure), I had called Jerry and he was at my house within minutes and gave me new keys. Jerry has been doing his job for 25 years. He's accurate with his quotes, friendly and has a good heart. He has always been a great business man, and will continue to make his customers happy.

He came quickly and was very professional and pleasant. He did the job in an excellent fashion and was even well liked by my grandson and dog. This was a home run! I will be using Jerry again for my home and my business. I continue to have only excellent experiences with Angie's list. Change a lock that had been giving us a great deal of problems. Jerry not only changed the lock but also adjusted the door that was the cause of the problem.

Absolutely perfect Needed my lock changed or re-keyed ASAP. Jerry came over immediately and re-keyed my lock and cut 10 new keys in his van. The lock was dual sided. Need a key to unlock from inside and outside. Very reasonable price and a pleasure to deal with.

Very well. The locksmith was on time, friendly, and the locks now work great. I wanted to rekey my locks, but ended up needing extensive lock repair and replacement.

Gerald and Charlie showed up exactly in the time frame given me when the appointment was made. They examined the doors,which I was convinced by the people who installed them would be a problem and right away, I could see they knew what they were doing. They very friendly and totally professional. The front door had to be slightly drilled out so the new lock,which was much better than the ones the door installers used,would fit. Jerry was very prompt and did the job quickly and professionally. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips! He prepped the door and installed a deadbolt lock, re-keyed 4 locks made up four new keys for me right on his truck. All keys work well without any sticking or difficulty using. I needed to have all cylinders replaced in my existing locks and add a deadbolt to my front door.

Above and beyond. Jerry came out on very short notice, with a lock that fit my exact specifications. When Jerry realized that the home's previous owner had done poor construction on the door, he took the extra time to fix the hinges and get the door opening and closing like new. He's also very nice and courteous. I'll work with him again. Installing a new lock on my front door.
