The entire experience was wonderful. We found Install a Lock through Angie's list. Very friendly and down to earth. They were knowledgeable and did not try to sell us the most expensive item in the store. The locksmith economically repaired the backdoor deadbolt when he could have easily sold us a new, more expensive lock. I highly recommend them. This guy Jerry is the best. He came to my house to seethe specialdoor knobs we had in the house. Then he ordered the lock and had to follow up with the manufacturer a couple of times. He did a perfect job installing the lock, which required extra work because of the door frame. You wantto use this guy; hetakes a lot of pride in the work he does. Ordered and installed a designer dead boltlock on a door to thegarage.

Highly highly recommend Install A Lock Consistent with my experience a year ago, I referred my next door neighbors to Jerry Schmitt last night -- they had just closed on the house next door and locked themselves out without a key. At 10 pm, within 15 minutes of receiving a call, Jerry was at the house to resolve the issue. Prompt, thorough, honest -- you can't ask for a better service provider than Jerry.

Had to repair my front door lock. Had to put in 2 new cylinders for #130.00 and Service call was #90.00. Made an appointment and they showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely would use the again.

I recently moved and needed the locks re-keyed on my front and side doors. Jerry was fantastic. He was professional, on time, and honest. He also ended up fixing some missing plates on my doors and re-drilled an improperly installed door handle. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable and skilled he was. He did all the work the right way, instead of how poorly the work had previously been done on my home.
