Jerry was honest, punctual and so easy to work with. He left his daughter's softball game to come rescue our 3.5 year old who accidentally locked himself in our bedroom! Our doors are from the 40's and have small old knobs on them with little sliding bar locks on the inside only. Jerry quickly opened the door and then made sure to put a new knob on that won't let anyone get locked in or out again! We made an appointment, Jerry and his colleague arrived on time, analyzed the problem, proposed a solution, and performed the repair. They were punctual, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again . Repaired a lock.

I just purchased a home in Baldwin NY, and Jerry was excellent, I called him last night and he was very pleasant, very professional, arrived first thing in the morning and was excellent in all his suggestions. I am veryhappywithall his prices, and his work, will definitely use his services again. THANK YOU !!!! <p>Changed locks on front door of my new home, back door, and upstairs entrance way, 3 keys each and also added a lock to the storm door, 3 keys each... price was great! </p>

I spoke to Jerry Sunday after our front door knob ended up in my husband's hand! He was able to come the next day (Monday) in the evening, which accommodated our work schedules. He replaced the lock set on our front door and gave various options (e.g., to do just the bottom knob/lock not the deadbolt, etc.) and the prices for those options. Tech came and assessed the problem. Ordered the part and promptly installed. Very professional and friendly. Punctual and extremely accommodating. Definitely would use this company again and would have no problem recommending them to others. Fair price for a job well done Replaced a broken lock on Anderson sliding glass door

It was a pleasure to have Jerry come over and install the 2 locks on my front door. Jerry is very friendly and open! He is also the best at what he does. Before he started the job he knew what type of door I had, what type of locks I needed and etc. In addition, he is very open and easy to talk to about everyday stuff, plus to make it better he's a Mets fan! 8p I would recommend anyone and everyone to have Jerry come over with any lock issues or installation.
