They were very polite and professional, He knew what he was doing and got the job done. I would highly recommend them. He came out to replace the deadbolt and the other lock.

This nice young couple had a older set of locks that needed to be updated to insure the correct security.We had the finish (color) of the lock they liked and instlled them to match on a common key for easy access.we also cut extra keys on the spot for the truck is fully equiped with a key machine
I felt that they were a little pricey. It was not a difficult job, so anyone could have done it, probably for less. .

Jerry was most helpful on the telephone. Although I live nowhere close to Jerry's, I needed urgent info on how to replace lost car keys so I called Jerry. He was very helpful and forthcoming with information.

The front door on the home I just moved into was in dire need of an upgrade, it felt like anyone who knew basic karate could easily just kick it in. The lock was about 50 years old and custom fit for the door, so it couldn't be changed. But these guys did a couple of things to the lock and it now feels like I have a real front door. May not even need to replace it, potentially saving me a significant amount of money. Highly recommend! Re-keyed locks on all doors, tightened lock on front door.

Wonderful experience. Extremely professional. Responded immediately to my call, made appointment very promptly, showed up exactly on time, and stayed for as long as it took to do the whole job right, which was about 4 hours. Our front door and lock are original to the home, and we had no luck finding an appropriate replacement mortise lock when ours finally fell apart recently. This was a classic looking front entre door that we did not want to comprmise The lock was original and wore out,so we were able to find the exact replacement which was (Made IN U.S.A.) how about that? This customer made the right call You will never find it in a Home Depot or Lowes period We are proud to use Americian replacement parts for the are better and last longer, also keeps us working !

Punctual, polite and professional. Did not try to "oversell" my needs. After being paid, as a courtesy, he installed an outside doorknob that I had bought earlier but could not figure out how to install myself. Replaced from door locks.
