In December, after dealing with a flood in our apartment, we needed to replace our den, living room and bedroom flooring. We had purchased our living room carpet from Sid Hall Floors six years prior and decided to return for these new changes. Once again, we couldn't be more pleased. We just used Sid Hall Floors to replace our carpeting and install vinyl plank flooring. We were extremely pleased with the results. Our salesman, Michael, was excellent. He came to our home, made detailed measurements and drew up a floor plan and then recommended products for us to use for our project. The installers who came to perform the work were excellent. 6 stars....OK where do I start ? Never bought carpet before... Live in a co op and went to Empire... $ 50 rooms my eye, yeah they want twice the price of the first one to make up for it...$ 2500 total for an alcove studio, his "best price,from $4300"...Ok went to Home Depot, quoted like $1300 OK great come measure, Ill have you do it when I'm on vacation. I tell them the co op needs to be listed as interested party on insurance...their sub contractor says no problem, but then their SUB sub contractor cant do it, I'm told aft... read more

It was a please to deal with this store. I found what I wanted and everyone was easy to work with from the owner to the installers.
Installers were terrific. Skilled at what they do and very courteous to my elderly parents. Customer service is as good as it gets. I recommend Sid Hall Flooring to everyone who wants their job done right
