I recently had my old, worn-out bathtub reglazed, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly, arrived on time, and took great care to protect the surrounding area during the work. TRI STAR was my final choice for reglazing my bathtub and tiled bathroom walls after contacting several contractors.. Lorena offered a in-house review an estimate the following day after I reached out to them. She provided quick replies to correspondence between myself and my coop apartment management office that we were able to quickly schedule the work day. Their service and attention was top notch. We had our tub reglazed with Tir Star recently based on recommendations from our neighbors. They were very punctual and completed the work timely. Also Patrick explained the scope of work before he started and he was very careful with prepping the area before starting. He cleaned up the work area well after the project. Overall, we are pleased with the professionalism and quality of the project.

Henry was very responsive and thorough in explaining the process, answering any questions I had. They did the whole job in about 4 hours. The before and after transformation of the bathtub is truly amazing!
