Absolutely a great experience. They came when scheduled and did a beautiful job on fence! They cleared all debris and left my yard neat and clean. They added posts for two gates and said they would be back in a week to add the gates. They came back exactly one week later!! Would highly recommend this fence company to anyone who wants a job well done by courteous, respectful and reliable people!
To keep the story short I was dealing with a warranty issue with the manufacturer. I was getting nowhere for well over a year. frank and his team fixed the issue and had the fence installed within a couple of months from my first phone call with them explaining my warranty issues. The two installers were very professional and cleaned up after their work. The quality of the aluminum railings we chose is top quality. We are very happy we had Family Fence do the installation.
